The Embassy of India in Hanoi presents its compliments to the Centre for Indian Studies, Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics and Public Administration of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and has the honor to inform that up to 2 nominations, under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) scholarship programme, during the academic year 2015-16, are allocated directly to the esteemed Centre. The list of training courses, guideline and the terms and conditions of this programme can be obtained from the website http://indembassv.com.vn.

These scholarships include return international airfare by excursion/ economy class, gratis Indian visa for the duration of the Course, course fees, accommodation and living allowance @ Rs. 25,000/- per month and on pro-rata basis for part thereof to meet expenditure on food, out-of- pocket expenses, etc.

The courses will be taught in English. It is therefore, essential for candidates to have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English to be eligible. After receiving the nominations from the esteemed Centre, the Embassy would conduct a test for assessing their level of proficiency in English.

One set of application and notarized photocopies of educational certificates for each candidate need to reach the Embassy of India at least three months before the commencement of the course. Applications for courses commencing from June, July and August must be submitted to the Embassy as soon as possible.

The Embassy of India has honor to add further that the nominees should be between the age group of 25 and 45, have Jive years minimum experience and have not attended any course sponsored by the Government of India. The nominees are selected on first-come-first serve basic and only two participants per country will be accepted for any class to ensure fair representation.
