Director of Centre for Indian Studies chaired a meeting with Dr. M. Prayaga

On 23 June 2015, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Le Van Toan, Director of Centre for Indian Studies chaired a meeting with Dr. M. Prayaga, member of Centre for South East Asia - Pacific Studies, College of Sri Venkateswara, India.


At the meeting, Mr. Prayaga expressed his pleasure to visit a hospitable and friendly Vietnam, to visit and work with leaders of Centre for Indian Studies of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics - an Academy with deep history and glorious tradition in its training process for high-level cadres of the Party, the Government and politics organizations of Vietnam. Mr. M. Prayaga expressed his desire to cooperate with Centre for Indian Studies in his study process.

Assoc. Prof. PhD. Le Van Toan introduced about activities of Centre for Indian Studies, as well as some activities in the future. Director of the Centre hoped that Mr. M. Prayaga, with his wide knowledge in South East Asia - Pacific and his prestige in science, can positively contribute in connecting science for the wide knowledge of intelligentsia of the two countries in culture, country and people of Vietnamese – Indian nations, hoped that he would go with Centre for Indian studies in many aspects.

Mr. M. Prayaga highly appreciated recent activities of Centre for Indian Studies and promised to cooperate with the Centre in some activities that suit his abilities.
