In the afternoon of 23 June 2015, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Le Van Toan, Director of Centre for Indian Studies haired a meeting with Mr. Shantanu Srivastava, MD&C.E.O of Ishan International Pvt. Ltd, Chairman of the India-ASEAN Business Promotion Council - ASSOCHAM, Founder Chairman of Indian Business Chamber in Vietnam.
In the afternoon of 24 June 2015, Assoc. Prof. PhD Le Van Toan, Director of Centre for Indian Studies chaired a meeting with Mr. Indonil Sengupta, Chief – Excutive of TaTa in Vietnam. To the meeting, other representatives from TaTa were Mr. M. Shenbagam, Head-DCS of TaTa in Vietnam and Mr. Mahadev S. Gurjar, GM-Strategy and Business Development of TaTa.
On 23 June 2015, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Le Van Toan, Director of Centre for Indian Studies chaired a meeting with Dr. M. Prayaga, member of Centre for South East Asia - Pacific Studies, College of Sri Venkateswara, India.
At the invitation of the President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, in the morning of 5 November 2013, Ms. Preeti Saran, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Viet Nam visited the Academy. Mr Rupin Sharma, the first Secretary of the Embassy of India in Viet Nam, was also a delegate from the Embassy. Assoc. Prof. PhD. Nguyen Viet Thao, Vice President of the Academy, chaired the meeting.
